We will come to your property and take photographs using a tripod and Cannon Digital Rebel XTI. Each area photographed several times using different exposures and then digitally combined to take advantage of the best lighting conditions. (eliminating window blowout)

Video Tour - Bronze $139.00
A 2-3 minute video walk-through of your listing, unbranded for the internet and published in Flash video format. The finished video will be published on the Homesonfilm.com website for the life of your listing.
Video Tour - Silver $200.00
A 3-6 minute video complete with background music and titles. The finished product will be distributed to more than 12 online video sites, and output to Flash and Quicktime formats. Video will be published in both unbranded format suitable for linking from the MLS and in a branded format featuring agency and agent information, contact information, logos, etc.
Video Tour - Gold $300.00
The same as the silver listing but with scriptwriting and narration included to help highlight your listing's attributes and ammenities.
Agent or Agency Video - $300.00
A 3-7 minute video complete with background music, titles and narration that highlights an agent or agency. This can include agent interviews, local footage, links to your website and more!
